While we know that flowers aren't a necessity, we also know that for many people they’re an uplifting way to connect with others when we can’t always be there in person. And we hope we can help to provide moments of comfort by continuing our service for as long as it remains safe to do so. Of course, keeping everyone safe, healthy and connected during this uncertain time is a huge priority for us.
How will my flowers be delivered ?
Due to the health and safety, all of our bouquets and gifts will now be left in a safe place instead of being handed over directly to the recipient. The Courier will call to arrange for delivery and the recipient can advise where to leave the bouquet and gift, either in front of the door or other secure place at the property.
There is no need to provide a signature on delivery and if your recipient is in self-isolation or unable to answer, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe place as specified by the recipient.
If you have any trouble locating the delivered flowers and gifts or if you have any general delivery questions, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to assist you.
